juice may at any time modify the terms and conditions ("Terms") of the Service without any prior notification and the revised version shall be available on the site. In the event of you not agree to the revised terms, then you should stop using the site. By continuing the usage of this site you are agreeing to the revised terms and conditions.
To access and use the Services, you are required to create a user account with the Company for the Services. You shall not reveal your user account information to anyone else. Sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your user account and for all activities that occur on or through your user account will be yours. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any security breach of your user account. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your user account.
Although to avail the Services requires registration, however the website could also be used by unregistered users or visitors and the terms and conditions of this Agreement are also binding to such users or visitors when they are using the website.
Shipping And Delivery
Juicely is presently delivered for addresses in NCR only. For other areas please call on our direct number at +91-8287205105.
Juicely cannot commit fixed time for delivery. Delivery of our products is done seven days a week (Monday-Sunday) between 7:00 am to 10:00 am in winters and 6:00 am to 9:00 am in summers. It may get delayed/canceled/postponed on certain days due to extreme weather conditions, government regulatory activities, public holidays, festivals and any unpredictable circumstances.
You can order in group also by pooling in your juices with your neighbours, friends, colleagues and order together to avail exciting
juicely offers.
We plan and deliver in time if our customers’ order comes at-least 12 hours in advance between 8 am to 8 pm (Monday to Friday). The time of placing the order would the one mentioned on the website.
We do take urgent requests in special cases, when order is in bulk (Minimum 20 bottles from same location) and order reaches at-least 6 hours in advance.

While placing orders, the customer shall be required to provide following details. After the order is accepted by Juicely, a confirmation email/message will be sent to the customer.

The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The consignment will not be redirected/redelivered to any other address at any circumstances.
In case of civil disturbances, floods, heavy rains, national bandh or in happening of any other major event, we reserve the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery to another date.
Juicely delivery person will attempt delivery of the products once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery attempt will be made. Juicely will consider the order as “executed” in the following cases:

Delivery not done due to wrong address given by the customers

Non availability of the recipients at the address

Premises locked

Wrong phone number or phone not working or switched off or not reachable, when tried by the delivery person

The addressee refused to accept the products

Delivered the product at the security cabin of the building/Reception/Neighbor, based on the instructions from the customer (Note: Juicely is highly perishable, external conditions affects the product taste and quality. Excess heat spoils the products and is not recommended for consumption)
Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made only till 6 pm for deliveries scheduled for next day.
Juicely delivery boy will hand over your order and he will request you to hand over the old/used bottles to him.
FROM TIME TO TIME, JUICELY WILL SEND SOME PROMOTIONAL, HEALTHY TREATS, THESE TREATS ARE NOT PART OF ANY PACKAGE OR ANY JUICE PURCHASED OR ANY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS. THESE TREATS ARE PURELY A COURTESY GESTURE FROM JUICELY FOR ITS REGULAR CUSTOMERS, AND THESE TREATS WILL BE GIVEN COMPLETELY ON DISCRETION OF JUICELY MANAGEMENT.
Quality Disclaimer
Every bottle is extracted fresh and is stored in an insulated box while it is delivered to you. After taking delivery, refrigerate it immediately, if you plan to consume it later. You are requested to keep it refrigerated and consume the bottle within 4 hours. Since it is highly perishable and pure, Juicely will not take any guarantee of the juice after it is accepted.
We do not use any preservatives or chemicals in our juices and though we are extremely careful with how we handle produce and the machines that are used for juicing, the fruits and other ingredients used are outsourced from third parties and such fruits and ingredients may contain chemicals/preservatives and we do not take any responsibility for the same.
The company’s entire aggregate liability (whether under contract, tort including negligence, warranty or otherwise) shall be limited to higher of the transaction/order value or rupees hundred only.
Juicely not grow its own fruits and vegetables. We buy our fruits and vegetables from the credible sources and reputable vendors who are either crop aggregators or importers of foreign fruit produce. We do batch or random product chemical testing to check the sanctity and quality of the product/fruit that we buy.
Our commitment to serve high-quality fruit and vegetable juice makes us invest regularly in evaluating and testing the fruit that we buy from our vendors regularly. Any fruit deficiency, defect, or degenerative condition of the fruit is not in our control. We try our level best to not to use any fruit which is more than 3 days old, pale, decomposed or looks default, visibly deformed.
We preserve our fruits in an air-tight container and refrigerate them in an air-tight situation. Our fruits are cut, and clean with RO water. Our fruits are not touched at the time of cut, peel, and juicing. We wear high-end nitrile gloves or examination level gloves while chopping, cleaning, and producing the juice.
Our staff is not allowed to wear any kind of footwear or carry any kind of external material other than the basic lab suits into our juicing area to obtain high-level of cleanliness and quality output.
Hence, we are a juicing company with the clean juicing environment. Clean juicing, fresh juicing, cleaning of fruits and juicing is our key prerogatives and responsibilities. Any fruit degeneration, deformation, decay which is internal to the fruit and not visible is not in our control.
Hence, any claim made for any damage caused due to the liquefied fruit juice will not be a responsibility of Juicely. But, we completely empathize with any situation arising and would deeply investigate the cause. But, just make sure that any bottle delivered which is unsealed should not be received by the customer.
Force Majeure
The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to You in the event of non-availability of any portion of the Services occasioned by Act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, infrastructure failure or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.
Limitation on Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
